1. Graco My Ride 65 – This Seat Saved My Grandchild’s Life!
My youngest daughter bought the Graco My Ride for her little girl, my granddaughter, just a few weeks ago, and boy are we ever glad! My granddaughter is 10 months old and weighs about 22 pounds. My daughter installed the Graco car seat in the center of the back seat of her small Nissan forward facing so she could keep and eye on her little one through the rear-view mirror.
A few days after getting this car seat both my daughter and granddaughter were in a car accident. Their car was ran off the road by a large log truck and flipped about four times before coming to rest on the wheels. While my daughter had some severe whiplash and some very bad bruising, my granddaughter never even got a scratch. The car was completely totaled. The Graco My Ride car seat saved the life of my granddaughter, of that my daughter and I have no doubts.
We would highly recommend this car seat to anyone. It’s made to be comfortable, has those wonderful head supports that will even hold the child’s head up when they fall asleep, and it’s adjustable and can be used for children up to about 6 years old.

2. Graco My Ride 65 – Loved It So Much I Bought Two
My wife and I bought a Graco My Ride car seat from our local Target store and installed in the Honda Accord. It worked so well, in spite of being quite large, that we bought one to put into the Kia as well.
We have a 17-month old daughter and she just loves going for long rides now. We used to have a Costco Scenera and she never enjoyed riding. She was uncomfortable and when she fell asleep her head would loll onto her shoulder and she’d wake up all cranky and hurting. The Graco My Ride was like upgrading from a broken down junker to a brand new hybrid car. Easy to wash, easy to install, (Youtube video makes it a snap for rear-facing installation), head support and adjustable straps for all ages.
Having read other reviews about the protection this car seat gives during wrecks I would have to highly recommend the Graco My Ride to anyone with children as young as a few days up to around 6 years of age.

3. Graco My Ride 65 – So Much About This Seat I Do Not Like
I’ve seen all the good reviews here, and I am glad so many seem to like this product, however I find many reasons I am glad I did not buy the Graco My Ride 65 as the primary car seat and why I prefer the Britax car seat to the My Ride.
First point, for use as a rear facing car seat the Graco My Ride car seat is lousy in my opinion. The mechanism for adjusting the the shoulder straps is positioned in such a way that is is nearly impossible to use when the seat is in the rear facing position because the main auto-seat is on the way. Second, if you have problems with your hands, such as arthritis, carpal tunnel or any other hand strength issue then the clasps and the buttons to release the shoulder straps holding the child in is extremely hard to depress. Should your child become trapped in a vehicle as the result of an accident getting them out would be extraordinarily hard to do.
For these reasons I would never recommend the Graco My Ride car seat to anyone.
